Yesterday, Friday, January 31, was not only the end of the month it was the end of my personal 10 Day Challenge. It was a good day in many ways.

- I got to the Y early for my Step class which I love. It is the only class that I am willing to get moving for so early in the morning.

- After class our Painter stopped by with his proposal and the total was much less than what he originally told us so we proceeded with an agreement. Another step checked off my list of things to organize for our home refurbish project while we are gone in March.

- I had a late, but healthy Smoothie to flush my system of all the junk I had snacked on for the past 2 night. Then I did a mini-fast until dinner with lots of water.

- It was date night. We went to a favorite spot for drinks & dinner. Not exactly healthy fare, but mindfully eaten. Then a concert that was very enjoyable.

Yesterday was a good day to end the month of January on. My daily blogs are done. I am getting ready for February - a month of self-love and grounding my intentions. Thanks to all of you who stayed with me through this challenge and offered support. It meant a lot to me.
