Not Sure How I Did It

I weighed myself before I went away for vacation, and I had gotten back up to 200 pounds. Yes my weight is like a yo-yo or a wild rollercoaster ride every week. Usually I lose 1 or 2 pounds one week and then gain 2 or 4 pounds the very next week. It is really frustrating.

Anyways while I was on vacation I was eating more food then usual. I had already expected to gain some pounds. I got home this evening and weighed myself and was totally surprised to learn that I lost 2.8 pounds. Not sure how that is possible. After a few buffets, a couple alcohol drinks and some big breakfasts...

A coworker says it's because I was walking more than usual. If that's the case, then I really need to make sure I do a walk every day now that I am back home.
