I tracked my food today for the first time in a long, long time. I was surprised how easy it was to stay in bounds. At least today I had no trouble eating a normal amount of calories and keeping the fat percentage low. Fingers crossed for tomorrow! As usual, I was nowhere near the recommended amount of calcium so I have to try harder there.

If the following days go like today, I'll also know for sure that I still need to amp up my exercise or I'm not going to be able to lose any weight....
