Goals for Monday 01/20/20 to Sunday 01/26/20

Monday, January 20, 2020

Right now I'm in a bit of a holding pattern because I'm dealing with some medical issues and I'm waiting to hear back on some bloodwork to see if anything comes back funny. As a result, I'm going to tone back a little bit this week. I didn't make my (rather lofty) goals from last week anyway, so toning back isn't too big of an issue for this round.

[X] Lose 1 pound (159.4 to 158.4)
[//] Walk 80,000 steps/11,500 steps per day (10,000 minimum if I don't meet 11,500 goal)
--- [X] Monday: 11,832
--- [X] Tuesday: 11,858
--- [X] Wednesday: 12,530
--- [X] Thursday: 11,159
--- [X] Friday: 10,541
--- [X] Saturday: 10,643
--- [ ] Sunday: 4,768
[X] Log all my activity for Team Cloverleaf on SP and Team Foxtrot on r/loseitchallenge
--- [X] Monday
--- [X] Tuesday
--- [X] Wednesday
--- [X] Thursday
--- [X] Friday
--- [X] Saturday
--- [X] Sunday
[//] Stretch or do yoga 3x this week [S][U][ ]
[X] Only eat out 1x this week

[//] Meditate/breathing exercises 5x this week [T][H][F][S][U]
[ ] Journal 3x this week [ ][ ][ ]
[//] Crochet or do another hobby 4x this week [M][T][U][ ]

*Goals will be marked off as [M, T, W, H, F, S, U] when completed or [//] when partially completed as the week progresses and I will post an edit/recap at the end of each week.

Good luck with blood work. Glad you can keep working on fitness and food.

I like how you adjusted your goals as needed, and have check off lists. I am being pulled in so many different directions that I need to sit down and make a physical list just like yours! Any additional word on the blood work?

Hope your blood work comes back soon and nothing funny in it. I hate waiting for things like that. Your goals for this week sound good.
