Last week I started to write down my dreams for my life at my age. Every day, I wrote 5 dreams, some were the same and some not. At the end of the week I notice some were recurring so I took the 5 I seem to have more at heart and I noticed that by day 7 those dreams were turning into goals and some I had started to take action on.....
I had " being at a healthy weight" every day as one of my dreams. So I know it's a goal I will reach because I want it so much. It's important that I set goals to reach. My goal this year is divided into months. It's important that I be mindful of what I eat. It's important that I be mindful of the portions I eat. It's important that I do some form of exercise daily. It's important that I login SP and keep tracking daily.
