Noom progress to date

I have finally found what works for me. I could track food and weigh in and exercise but I could never find the support that I needed to make and stick with real change. Noom provides that daily contact and behavioral guidance I've needed. Down 10 lbs but more importantly I've made changes that will stick. Worth every penny.
