I had a weigh in suggested as a goal by the SparkCoach items, so did a bonus one. 206, which means 6 lbs to go for my "stage 1" goal, or 11 lbs to what I think would be the real number.

When I started this, I committed to doing weigh ins on Sunday night. I should take the 206 number with a grain of salt, because it was a morning weigh in, and I'm likely a little dehydrated. I have to be absolutely sure to not beat myself up if Sunday night's weigh in is not what I want.

My first 5 lbs, I did before downloading the SparkPeople app, the next 9 have been here. Here's to 6 more, then bloodwork to see where everything stands.

I do think I'm going to stick with once and week and Sunday night for weigh ins though...
