Since I've been sick my weight has pretty much bloated up and I'm not in a very good place right now. I wasn't able to exercise or track my food so the numbers don't look very good right now but hopefully I can change that soon.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 267.8
Current Weight: 275
Weight Lost This Week: +7.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -21.8 lbs
down to a 20lb loss. not where I'd prefer to be at, but it is what it is. Just have to work harder in the coming weeks and see what happens.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 36.2%
Current Body Water %: 36%
Body Water Gained: -0.2%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.6%
wasn't taking my water pills for a while or drinking any water so this is probably why I lost water.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 49.3%
Current Body Fat %: 49.6%
Body Fat Lost: +0.3%
Total Body Fat Lost: +1.3%
body fat is up quite a bit. wasn't tracking my food or exercising so that's probably why.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 128 lbs
Current Muscle Mass: 130.8 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained: +2.8 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -13.8 lbs
gained a lot of muscle. probably partly because I gained a significant amount of weight.

have some work to do here. That will be my goal for the rest of January.
