Goals: Monday 01/13/20 to Sunday 01/19/20

I'm going to try and start posting my weekly goals from now on. I write some of them down in my planner each week, but I'm thinking that writing down the health and non-health related ones down in one place might help me focus and accomplish all that I want to do. So goals for this week:
