Marathon Training Day 7

Another day off from work and I am not feeling so good. I spent almost all day sleeping because I didn't get a good sleep last night. My head hurts and I think I should drink more water for it to go away. I can't wait to go running tomorrow! Time to increase it up to 45 minutes on the treadmill instead of the usual 30 this week!
