Weigh-in day 1/12/2020 with goals

High sodium week. I couldn't get my shoes on today. Plan on drinking more water today to wash it out. I did 12 min on the reclining bike that was my goal this week. Not discouraged because of my tracking I was able to see where things got out of hand. Stayed within my WW points stayed within my calorie goals. Noticed all my snacks were high sodium. Bada boom, Cheese, crackers, and chips with my hummus.
