In the game of life, I'm a goalkeeper and I hope that you will be a goalkeeper too! I spend part of each morning looking at my goals, writing down hoe I will reach my goals, and how to simplify my life to keep the goals of others from affecting my own goals.
You see, the goalkeeper works very hard keeping the wrong things from reaching the net.
If you want to win at the game of life, remember to say "NO!" to those things that will keep you from reaching your own goal!

This week's top 3:
1. Prepare for a meeting with my boss.
2. Keep blood sugar levels low by eating low-carb and getting in 10K+ steps.
3. Work on the baby quilt.
I keep a Full Focus book that helps me to plan my day/week/month/year. and I find that it is making a big difference in helping me make time for what is most important to me.
