Day 32: Been a Little Off Track

I haven't felt well lately so it's made doing anything at all difficult. Fritzy and I went grocery shopping yesterday and had a nice time and we did some cooking yesterday and played a new board game that he bought, but otherwise I just wasn't feeling well enough to do much of anything. I'm feeling better this morning but today's my rest day so still going to take it easy.

I didn't exercise yesterday, so I took two rest days this week. My back and ribs were hurting a lot yesterday so I didn't want to make them worse. Exercise is still going well otherwise and I'll be back at it again tomorrow.

Not doing very well with nutrition right now. Yesterday was a pretty bad eating day. I was really hungry for some reason yesterday and overate a lot. I didn't track my food either. This morning I tracked all my food for the next week and got things back on the right track.

Did not meditate yesterday either. Yesterday did not feel like a very mindful day, just an off day in general.

I finished reading Stages of Meditation and read about 50 pages of an Insanity book called Family and also read a chapter of Baron Baptiste's Being of Power, a book that I've read probably 3 or 4 times before but I'm reading again. So reading is going well and I'm really in the mood for it lately.

Didn't listen to any podcasts yesterday either but plan to listen to one on how the tiniest habits lead to the biggest changes. Really need to get back on track in all aspects.

Didn't buy cigars yesterday or today and smoking very little, so doing pretty well with that right now. It's super hard, though.

Drank about 4 glasses of water yesterday and hoping to drink at least that much today, so keeping up with water, at least. Trying to get up closer to 8 but at least I'm at 4 glasses right now.

Not really much to say this morning. Been a little off track lately but ready to get things back together.

    Good for you for making that effort to get back on track and for drinking that water. You can do this! I'm so sorry you've been feeling poorly lately. Use all the measures you know to help yourself feel better. Every small step you take to build your health up makes for big changes in the long term. You can do this!! emoticon emoticon .
