Day 11/9 - Week one of Operation Brickhouse is in the bag - 3.2 lb loss - 5 lbs since 1/1

Today is day two of week 2, yesterday was weigh in before the day started from the previous 7 days. I had perfect points and a 3.2 lbs loss. I did however start on 1/1/ not 1/3 and have a total loss of 5 lbs.
For my carb meal after 10 days of no carbs - I had beef/lamb burgers on a O'Dough's gf sandwhich thin, some aldi root vegetable fries in the air fryer and boy were these amazing! They were carrots, beets, parsnips with a little starch film and we sprayed with olive oil and airfried and topped with syracha and yum. Then I made almond flour chocolate cake sweetened with honey and stevia/monkfruit sweetened coconut milk - so filling.
Many people gain 2 to 3 lbs after their carb meal, I went up .4 this morning which is a normal fluxuation so I was good with that.
I exercised 5 days out of 7 for 45 minutes or more, drank 64oz or more of water every day, ate 2 servings of fruit every day, ate 3 servings of vegetables or more every day, stopped eating at least 2 hours before bed every day, checked in with my accountablity partner every day, kept a food journal and had nothing sweet for 6 days - the cake was my day off goodie, if I use monk or stevia or bocca sweet that doesn't count as a sweet treat but I used honey.
We have gone to the grocery story for next week's food and planned our meals for the week.
Tomorrow we will have eggs with spinach and mushrooms and bacon and grapefruit for breakfast and dinner is going to be air fried chicken and green beans, mashed cauliflower and baked apples. Lunch will probably be shrimp pad thai with miracle noodles if I am hungry.
Daily during the week I start M,T and Th with a protein smoothie and a grapefruit. W and F I can do the same or have eggs and spinach and grapefruit for a change.
Monday Lunchis a leftover dinner which will be lamb curry from tonight. Dinner at 4:30 will be leftover from Sunday. Tonights offering is: Eggroll in a bowl which is stir fried cabbage with pork seasoned like an eggroll with coconut aminos and rice vinegar. I won't eat that until Tuesday.
My carb meal this next week is Tuesday and again next Saturday. On Tuesday we are planning Tacos - I will use cassava tortillas and maybe some cassava chips - I will use ingredients leftover to create a taco salad for Wednesday lunch and my extra meal from Monday will go for my second meal on Wednesday. My lunch today will be leftover Eggroll in a bowl.
Wednesday's meals will be leftover eggroll in a bowl and leftover taco salad but dinner that will be made is Pizza.
Thursday meals will be pizza reheated and a huge salad with some probably tuna. Dinner prepared will be Kielbasa with mashed cauliflower and red cabbage which will be left for me.
Friday's meals will be leftover kielbasa and mashed cauliflower and red cabbage and fish and roasted vegetables.
Saturday we have a smoothie go to the Y and to do our shopping. Lunch may be left over kielbasa and Saturday night is my next carb meal and I plan to make pasta with my new pasta maker. What I don't eat will be dried and stored for later use since I only get one carb meal every 4 days.
