Day 30: Mindful Eating

This morning I was feeling pretty weak, so all I could manage was some cardio. I did the full video, though. Exercise is still going pretty well overall. I'm having to do a little less with exercise, but I'm still doing well with my workouts.
Although I'm super bloated this morning and not feeling well. I have to focus more on mindful eating. Nutrition didn't go well yesterday. I ended up eating much more than I had intended to. I'm going to pay closer attention to what I'm eating today and to the quality of the food that I'm eating. I'm doing my best to get in protein to build muscles and to get in more fibre.
Meditation is going well. I did the Living Spirit meditation yesterday and also a mindful meditation as well as a "Counting the Breath" meditation.
Reading is going really well. I read two chapters of Stages of Meditation. I'm starting to read more throughout the day again and the more difficult concepts in this book are becoming easier for me to understand.
Listened to a fitness podcast yesterday on how adversity can be your best friend. It was a pretty good one. Planning on listening to one today on how the tiniest habits lead to the biggest changes.
Sunday is my next smoke free day. Starting to prepare for that. Getting mentally ready to not smoke.
Drank 3 glasses of water yesterday so I did make my goal. Hoping to drink a bit more today.
