So I'm finally starting to see some results from my efforts at exercising and diet. I've been exercising 5-6 times a week and my diet has been steadily improving and now I'm starting to see it show up on the scale. Most of my stats have started to improve and I'm starting to move forward a little bit. I know this is going to take time and effort but at least this is a start.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 272.2
Current Weight: 267.8
Weight Lost This Week: -4.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -28.8 lbs
getting closer to a 30 lb loss again. I'd really like to see 30 lbs in the new year. I'm going to work hard to reach this goal. But a 4 lb loss this week is really good progress and I haven't seen that kind of loss in a really long time.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 36%
Current Body Water %: 36.2%
Body Water Gained: +0.2%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.4%
started taking my water pills again and drinking more water. This seems to have made a difference.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 49.6%

body fat is down quite a bit. My eating has been a lot better so this made a big difference.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 129.6 lbs
Current Muscle Mass: 128 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained: -1.6 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -16.6 lbs
lost a lot of muscle. usually happens when I lose a large amount of weight although I was hoping to maintain some muscle with all the exercise I was doing.

overall, though, things look really good right now. I'm making progress again and my weight hasn't been this low in a really long time. If I can keep moving forward with this and not yo-yo, that would be ideal.
