Not feeling so great

This is my first blog post.
First I will list 3 good things that happened today as I will do everyday to hopefully ease the anxiety and oncoming depression.
1. It didn't rain when we did our walk today.
2. Played with Sophie my shih tzu getting her to stay while I hide around the corner with a treat. She was so funny as she would slowly come to the corner and peek around at me. Had to try 3 times before she stayed but it sure was fun.
3. I walked 77 minutes, 6.79 km and 9,480 steps. It was hard but I pushed through and did it.
My IBS is acting up yet again. It seems every night I get bad cramps then have to rush to the bathroom where I have diarrhea. I checked all the food I ate today and all of it was low Fodmap so it would affect me. Must be the anxiety that is making it worse.
So end of day I'm not feeling so great, but soon I'll head to bed and listen to my calm app. Here's to waking up better tomorrow.
