I have been doing great with exercise and even my eating has been a whole lot better, but I'm just not seeing it on the scale right now. Here's my stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 271
Current Weight: 272.2
Weight Lost This Week: +1.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -24.4 lbs
Still around a 25 lb loss. Body seems comfortable here right now.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 36.1%
Current Body Water %: 36%
Body Water Gained: -0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.7%
didn't take my water pills or drink any water yesterday so that probably accounted for the loss.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 49.5%
Current Body Fat %: 49.6%
Body Fat Lost: +0.1%
Total Body Fat Lost: +1.3%
exercised a lot yesterday but had two McDonald's coffee drinks so maybe that was it?

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 129.2 lbs
Current Muscle Mass: 129.6 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained: +0.4 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -15 lbs
gained a bit of muscle. probably from all the exercise.

not much progress here, really. All I can do is continue to exercise and work on my eating and just keep moving forward.
