Month of May, here I come!

I love winter, but I normally put on a few pounds then too, and this year I'm starting at my heaviest ever! So.... I've just set a new goal to try to lose half a pound a week for a total of ten pounds by May 24. I'm sure I can do it if I keep exercising several times a week and cut out most of the treats and snacks in my life. Too much indulging, especially over the holidays.... But I can do a better job of controlling that. I've finally been released from short-term disability and OT after breaking my right arm so this is the right time.
Month of May, here I come!
