Lost 2 lbs this week, but I'm afraid to say forever????
I've been on this journey before, I've learned I let myself down a lot.
How do we keep motivation......
Well the first thing I have decided is to STOP saying the word Diet. Its not about what you can and can't have its about making good choices. You can have that piece of chocolate, but need to control the amount you eat. So my first task on the journey this time is to have what I want but eat in moderation. Its the OVEREATING that put me where I am today not necessarily the food I consumed.
