New Year Fresh Start

In 2019 I lost a grand total of 10kgs (22Ibs), So here's to a new year, a new decade and hopefully more success in life, love and body transformation. I did not do too bad with the Christmas/New Year period, I only gained 1.5kgs (3.3Ibs) back, which is not bad I expected a bit of a gain, all that eating too much and jollying going on. I am not a drinker so that was not a factor in gaining weight it was mainly food, too much of it. But come the 1st January, I cleared my fridge and cupboards of anything nasty (chocolate, sweets, biscuits etc) still lurking in there so I could start a fresh, I started back at work on the 2nd January I made myself a couple of salads for lunch and also prepared my dinner so I don't have to cook when I get home.
I also joined another round of 12WBT I have had so much success with this programme, I am going to keep it up until I can't afford it. It starts next week, so as I have had six weeks of pre-tasks to complete it has kept me busy over the Christmas period.
So Cheers to a great new year, full of challenges, surprises and goal achievements. Here's to preparation and organisation. Here's to finding my love of exercise, strength training mainly, as I am a constant walker I just need to do more to build muscle. Here's to reaching my next goal of 90kgs (198 Ibs)
