2019 Recap and 2020 Goals

I remember exactly how I felt one year ago. My back hurt me terribly and I was sick and tired of feeling weighted down - literally. Fast forward to today and I am SO GLAD I made the choices I did last year! I am officially down 25 pounds in one year. I'm remembering how to put myself and my needs at least at the same priority level as everyone else's. I'm finding my voice and my inner balance and peace again. And I'm looking forward to building on my 2019 experiences and making 2020 a memorable year, too!
My goals, in no particular order: I plan to lose another 25 pounds. I plan to work on my photography - skills, post-processing, website, Instagram page. I plan to start prepping my second house (the one my daughter is currently living in) to sell. I plan to help my daughter move forward with her business so that she will continue to feel the inner strength that everyone else knows she has in spades. I plan to exercise more and watch TV less. I plan to continue to be present in my own life every day!
