Scale made me cry.

Day Zero. I can't believe I'm over 200 pounds. I honestly thought I was around 190. I weigh more now then I did last December when my baby was born! I'm so embarrassed. So today I made my goals for the week: DAILY 8 glasses of water 10 minutes of cardio 10000 steps Eat a vegetable at every meal My resolutions and all usually start on the second because we celebrate the new year today in my house. So today is just day 0.

    Those are excellent goals. But don't be too hard on yourself because of a number on the scale. It can only measure weight - it can't measure your kindness, creativity, your talents and skills, or how much you love your family and friends. A scale is just one tool to be used, so keep pusing toward a healthier you and know that you've got this! :)
