This year is going to be different I have a plan and am going to stick to it.

#1 - Lose weight
#2 – Drink enough water everyday
#3 – Exercise everyday.
#4 - Do 12 of 14 hours stepping 250 steps an hour.
#5 – Do my daily devotions.

Everything is SMART. I can do it.
