In 2019 I have done a lot of thinking and observing how I react and think toward things like my thoughts and my food. I'm ready to jump in and try new things; thinking before i eat, making myself get up and move, positive thoughts, and just getting things done.
I want to track my progress on here better and share things that I am doing. I want this to work this time. I cant give up on myself in 2020.
