2020 is almost upon us. I am re-examining my 2019 goals and making some minor changes. I'm taking the time to write them down and reflect on what worked and didn't work in 2019.
My biggest win was to start keeping a Full Focus diary. It has really helped me to see and work towards my goals on a daily basis.
My biggest loss was keeping my blood sugar levels in the 120 range. Usually, I'm in the 140-150. Today it's up to 193. I've spent a lot of time in the car or sitting with family over the past 5 days. Today is another day of sitting in the nursing home with Mom after driving 90 minutes down and another 90 minutes home again. Tomorrow is another day. I may go for a hike instead of sitting in church. I need to move! I need to eat my own healthy food.
I am starting right now with the small but consistent change!
