Day 3: Weigh-In Day

I did some HASFit strength training exercises this morning and also some stretching exercises and Fritzy mentioned earlier in the night "Remember when we used to exercise together?" I told him "We still can!" and explained how I exercise 6 times a week and that he's welcome to exercise with me when he's home. I showed him my exercise plan, what I do each day, and he seemed interested in it. He ended up getting sick last night so he had to go to bed, but hopefully he can get back into exercising with me again sometime soon! It'd be nice to have my exercise buddy back. I did a longer ST session this time, though: 7 min instead of 3 min. I'm pretty sure I'm getting stronger and that it just wasn't an easier video cos the HASFit videos usually are pretty hard. I even found myself doing some of the harder versions of the exercises with him instead of the easier versions! My legs have definitely gotten stronger even if my side is still really really sore.
Eating has been a bit off lately. I've gained some bloat but also lost a lot of body fat, gained a lot of body water and gained a lot of muscle. It can be hard to keep eating in line over the holidays but I am doing my best and will at least try to stay around 25 pounds lost. I'm going to go grocery shopping on Monday and that will help but for now just try to eat as healthfully as possible and make the best choices that I can.
Meditation is going well. Did a 10-min mindful meditation this morning. Going to finish a chapter or two of Stages of Meditation today and (re)start a meditation course that I never finished.
Quitting smoking is somewhat less hard although I'm still wishing I had cigarettes. At least I've saved $20 now though so I have something to spend on myself when we do go shopping.
Water is still a problem. Just haven't been drinking it or tracking it. Will try again today.

body fat is down a lot. It could be all the exercise.

gained a lot of muscle. again, due to exercise
nothing much positive on the scale, but my stats are really looking good right now, which makes up for it.
