Been resting a lot lately and woke up tonight and feeling some better. Have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so hopefully things should start moving in the right direction soon. I've lost some weight since I have mostly stayed in bed and watched videos the past couple of days so we'll see if that weight stays off or not. My other stats aren't much, but at least my weight is down.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 273.2
Current Weight: 268,2
Weight Lost This Week: -5 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -28.4 lb
back to nearly a 30 pound loss. would like to finally hit 30 lbs, but 268 is as low as I've ever gotten so far this time around so we'll see if I can make any more progress or if my weight yo-yos back up again.

body water still the same. haven't been totally consistent about my water pills so that could be why I haven't seen any changes here.

body fat is also the same. I can be okay with this.

Muscle Mass Gained: -2.2 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -17 lbs
lost quite a bit of muscle, but also lost a lot of weight, so this isn't surprising.

not much change in most of my stats but did lose a lot of weight so that's a positive. Now just trying to keep this weight off and keep moving forward so I'm not yo-yoing anymore!!
