Putting my foot down

I've been a member on here since September 2007 and nothing has changed. I exercise here and there and have done a few 30 day challenges but i know i havent put in my all. I still eat bad but i dont eat junk food as much and i've cut down on pop.
This month i'm aiming for 15 to 30 mins of yoga a day. I've missed 2 days already but i tell myself thats ok, just make sure to get it in tomorrow.
Next month I have to think of myself. I have to be smart with what i put in my body and i need to stay active.
Change is hard at first and it will take time but after awhile it will become my norm. I remember how i felt when I was going to the gym daily and i want that back
Since i have PCOS and i took myself off metformin (Dr said it was ok) my goal is to be down 50 pounds in 1 year. 234 to 184
I'm ready!
