Stretching to Reach my Goals!

Cold weather seems to bring on more aches and pain in my body. I'm tempted just to sit still, but I have goals to reach! I want to stay in shape to kayak with my sons and run with the grandkids. We will be climbing Mt Monadnock and possibly Mt Katahdin in Maine this summer. I also control Type 2 Diabetes with exercise and diet. I want to keep moving!

What can I do to reach my goals? I stretch every morning and evening. I'm stretching to reach my goals. I enjoy Miranda Esmond White's short 23-minute workouts. Here is a shortened version of her YouTube videos. Let me know if you like them.
