December 6/2019 Wrap Up

The year is coming to an end and I am glad to say I have done pretty good this year with my weight loss. I have had a few gains but have quickly taken them off. I have had some rough spots where I just maintain my weight loss but I am glad to say I am ending this year weighing almost less than I have ever weighed as an adult.
I say my success is in part from doing the 5% challenges. Being part of the team and becoming close friends with my team mates has helped me over rough spots.
The 5% challenge team is not the only team that has helped me. Being a member of then"Living Binge Free" team has also helped me. We have a challenge there to be 21 days binge free. I have been able to do that off and on for many streaks but know that if I stumble and binge again I can get right back on a new streak without any judgement.
Off and on durning this year I have done internment fasting and had success. I am on a small private team with dear friends I have know for years. My goal with the help of this team is to do a fasts of 500 calories a day for three times a week. Life some times gets in the way but I know venting to my team and seeking help really goes a long way.
Recently I became a co-leader of the "50 Plus Team For All". I have been on this team for many years. I did not know at first if I wanted to be a leader but the other leader talked me into it and I am glad to help her in anyway I can. I am on the phone since my computer got a virus and I can't buy a new one at this time. There are some things I can't do for the team from my phone but I can post a positive quote daily and I can give support to my team mates.
I think that my success this year is due to my many Spark team mates and the support they have given me and I hope the support I give them has helped them. I look forward to a good year and more success in losing weight.
