Weigh-In #45

Things are going in the right direction. My weigh-in this morning was positive. I did some chair yoga yesterday and my eating is somewhat better although not perfect. I am making positive improvements, though! I have received all of Fritzy's Christmas presents in the mail and have most of them wrapped, just have to wrap his Harry Potter video game and his Team Fortress t-shirt and get the Christmas tree set up so I can put the presents under the tree. So it's really starting to get Christmassy here! Fritzy and I are planning on going shopping this weekend and I'm feeling a bit better so we should have a nice time. He is going to get a toy and I am doing a big grocery trip since we are almost totally out of food and I am planning on getting as much healthy food as I can for myself. Doing really well with tracking and planning my food and that seems to be helping. Also the Fitbit is really helping me to get in my workouts. So here's my stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 272.4
Current Weight: 271.8
Weight Lost This Week: -0.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -24.8 lbs
back to a 25 pound loss. this is where my body seems to like to stay. I can't really complain about that as it's a good loss but as I've said before, I'd like to move forward and work on the next 25 pounds. That will be my goal in 2020.

Body Water Gained: +0.2%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.3%
gained some more body water. probably due to taking my water pills again.

Body Fat Lost: -0.8%
Total Body Fat Lost: +0.5%
body fat is down quite a bit. have been eating better and it's making a dent.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 131
Current Muscle Mass: 131.4
Muscle Mass Gained: +0.4 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -13.2 lbs
gained a bit of muscle. the exercise is making a difference.

doing well overall. the effort I'm making seems to be making a dent in my stats all around the board. so may end the year on a positive note.
