Things are turning around, I have already dropped 1.5 pounds, most of it probably from the salt. Nighttime Gnawing is a behavior that needs to be stopped in order to be kind to myself. So far what seems to be working is taking a long slow inhale and slow exhale until the desire to gnaw passes. Every breath gets me closer to my goal.
