Weigh-In #44

Thought I'd do a weigh-in today even though there's not much change with my weight, but there has been some movement with my other stats. I haven't been able to exercise lately because I haven't been feeling good but my eating has been much improved lately. Just haven't really been hungry lately.


Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 272.2
Current Weight: 272.4
Weight Lost This Week: +.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -24.2 lbs
weight's pretty much the same. Nothing new to really report here.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 36%
Current Body Water %: 36.4%
Body Water Gained: +0.4%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.3%
gained some body water. been eating less salt.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 49.6%
Current Body Fat %: 49.1%
Body Fat Lost: -0.5%
Total Body Fat Lost: +0.8%
body fat is down. been eating a lot less fat as well.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 129.4
Current Muscle Mass: 131
Muscle Mass Gained: +1.6 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -13.6 lbs
gained quite a bit of muscle. highly preferable to all the muscle I've been losing lately.

So seem to be doing better than I was. Stats are improving. Now just to get my weight going in the right direction.
