HO-HO-HO....What do I want for Christmas?

I'd like to be at least the same weight after Christmas as I was going into December instead of gaining! If I can lose a couple of pounds as well, then that's just icing on the cookies!

I'm losing weight slowly, but I'm thrilled to be continually moving forward instead of losing and gaining, losing and gaining, repeat....

I've been on here 10+ years, but I've learned a lot along the way. I've had to learn what I can and can't do the hard way. Learn what eating patterns work and don't work, etc. Trial and error! At least my health has improved some even if I haven't lost a lot over previous years.

This year was different - I finally found the eating plan that works for me and am sticking to it. My sister and I are working on it together, so that helps me too. I also joined a gym with her and am working out a few times a week to help the flab firm up and my stamina to improve.

So, what do I want for Christmas? The same things I want for you...
