I have really enjoyed my week off. I did not do any work, which I am paying for today as I have about 12 hours of planning ahead of me, but it was worth it.
Yesterday was a quiet day and I did not even get on spark much. My daughter and I have been going to the Nutcracker every year for the past 10. Last night was our night for this year. It is such a fun time to spend with her.
Today I have already done my 10 minutes of exercise by moving boxes we brought home from cleaning out my grandfather's house this past summer. We just put them in the family room and ignored them when we got home. It was time to do something with them. I went through them all and sorted out where they should go and even got rid of 2 boxes of items to donate to Goodwill or the Arc. I then moved everything to wherein is going to be stored.
I am hoping I can take a walk later and will be sure to get up every hour and move around, but I can't put of planning for next week any longer.
December goals:
Strength train - 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week
Cardio - 30 minutes a day 6 days a week
Track all food whether good or bad
Complete to the best of my ability all team challenges

Here's to a goal setting December.
