So , I've been feeling not my self and , feel like I've been gaining weight, so this morning , I decided to weigh myself, imagine my surprise, when the scale read the same as at Dr office. Granted I'm not really dieting, just trying to eat healthier and keep moving, but it seems I'm so conditioned to worry about my body, I created a problem that wasn't there. emoticon So to my younger friends please have faith in your self, a day or two of off esting isn't going to sabotage you unless you do it for month, For my older friend if your worrying don't like she'd be filled with happiness, not stress , especially about numbers on a scale.
