Weather forecast is for a Bomb Cyclone to hit the coast and move inland today, bringing snow and “historic” windstorms (gusts up to 70mph)
So, I rescheduled my appointments in the big city which would require us to travel through several mountain passes as well as lots city and freeway driving.... all treacherous on even a good day.
Hopefully the winds will blow around us and leave our trees standing.
Hopefully the powerlines will remain in place and do their job.
So many things to be thankful for!
Meanwhile, we’re snuggling by the woodstove ... I’ll probably work in the shop after I finish my morning mocha.
Hope you're safe and warm, preparing for upcoming festivities.
May your days be filled with thanksgiving!
