The Road To 50

I will be 50 years old in 5 short months. I do not want to dwell on what I have not been doing but want to focus on what my plan is going forward:
*No more thinking 60 min or nothing. Short 10 min workouts can be just as beneficial. 20 or 30 min 4 to 5 days a week is sufficient. When I can do 60 min GREAT but 20 to 30 min is my goal.
*10K steps as often as possible
*HYDRATE track my water.
*Intermittent Fasting - it works and I am back on it. Eating hours 10 am to 6:30 pm, 7 pm at the latest.
*Fruits and Veggies are my besties!!!
