Personal Milestone - weight loss

Last week I realize that I quietly passed a personal milestone. Several years ago I lost 25 pounds and got down to 155. I was able to maintain that, until I wasn't. I regained to about 173. And that is OK. I worked out during my regaining, so I looked and felt better than I did at my higher weight years before.

I have recently been focusing on my health and Sparking. And last weigh-in, 154. This feels significant to me because it is the lowest I have been in 7 or 8 years.

I am happy to see the scale and my weight over time trending down. I am feeling good and not deprived. I am also not overly focused on weight loss at the cost of other things I enjoy.

Thanks to the 5% Community! Having a challenge is really helping me keep focused! Go Starfish!

    Awesome for you that you lost the regained weight. Congrats on being at your lowest weight and for continuing to work out even when you weighed more! It truly is a lifetime journey!!
