This and That

I live in a beautiful place. I took this photo from across the Delaware looking back at the beginning of my street. The first half mile of my street is part of Washington Crossing State Park in NJ.
We have lived here 34 years. We moved in when my youngest son was 5 months old.
I am truly blessed to look out my window every day and see the peaceful flow of the river. The man who had our house built wanted to be able to see the river from as many ways as possible, so the house has lots of windows.
This photo is over 100 years old and I scanned it in. It is the man who had the house built in front of the finished house.
thanksgiving is fast approaching here in the USA. All of this reminds me to be thankful for my many blessings. I want to always have a grateful heart. In everything I will give thanks.
Today I am thankful for my trainer who will help me keep moving. I am thankful that I can stand up straight and walk. I am thankful for my hubby's job to provide for us.
I hope that everywhere my eye looks today I will find something to be thankful for.
I hope you will too.
