Daily Highlight 259 - Hungry

Saturday, November 16, 2019

Highlight -
Hungry...it is past dinner time. Should I stop and grab something or wait until I get home. Let's see. so many places to choose from. Greasy. Not too healthy. Most of the fast food options were not appealing. I didn't want a burger. Nor fries. So I opted for a really late supper at home. A nice turkey sandwich with a Persian cuke. No, I didn't over eat and took the time to
savor each bite.

What would you choose for a quick dinner while traveling?

Grateful -
For time to myself.
Heated car seats.
My back did okay on this trip.

Like you, I frequently choose NOT to eat at all if there's nothing good available . . . at the hospital waiting for my husband the other day, I was pretty hungry but the options in the food court (in a hospital!!) were not very healthy!! So waited till I got home and made us both bowls of my black bean and brown rice/tomato soup.

Love Me Time every morning before my hubby gets up Love heat seats ... I'll never go back! Grateful to God for family, faith and friends. My quick dinner would probably be organic, low sodium, roasted tomato soup.. Pacific foods makes a good one.
