I went grocery shopping yesterday and stocked up on healthy food although wasn't super active cos Wyatt came over and we watched movies. We had pizza and fast food and alcohol yesterday but I still managed to lose a pound of bloat.

Total Weight Lost: -25.6 lbs
honestly I'm just stuck at a 25 pound loss. Not necessarily a bad thing but I do want to move forward

gained a little body water. I had a little less sodium yesterday so that could be it.

lost a little body fat as well. did eat better yesterday as well.

Total Muscle Mass Gained: -6.8 lbs
lost more muscle. not surprising.

doing pretty well overall especially considering we ate kind of junk yesterday but the pizza was free.
