It's a rough one.

I really, really need someone to tell me that if I have days in which I eat close to the upper level of my range, I'm still "doing it right" and I'm still moving in the right direction.

And if I have days where I exceed my range at eat too much, I'm not a bad person.

    I ate a whole bunch of peanut butter cups today after making mostly good choices all week. Everyone has an off day. We are not bad people. We slip up and we get back at it. We got this. Smile, feel good about yourself and spark on.

    Oh, and I exceed my calories occasionally, too. Like today!! It's okay, just keep going and never give up on trying.

    You're given a range for a reason. No one has an exact number of calories that is "perfect". Some days you'll eat fewer calories, some days more. Keep tracking and choosing nutritious foods and you'll be great! 👍
