Mon - Nordic Trac, creative projects, help a friend, correspondence, work with good attitude
Tue - Nordic Trac, lunch walk, work on a puzzle,
Wed - Nordic Trac, lunch walk, bonus squats, stretching, chat with kin, cover for 1 @ work
Thurs - Nordic Trac, lunch walk, housekeeping, DD home for visit, cover for 2 @ work
Fri - Nordic Trac, longer lunch walk, squats, cover for 1 @ work, DS home for visit
So much to be thankful for: Thankful I don't get sick and can cover for others at work. Thankful for kind weather that allows me to walk during my lunch period. Thankful my back and knees are allowing me to do squats again. Thankful I have a nice home to care for and upkeep. Thank you.
