I fell off the wagon... I went away for the weekend and did really well but when I came home I got sick and working out and tracking fell to the wayside. I gave my self a 30 day challenge to log everyday no matter what I eat and to work out every morning again. I am on day 4 and doing better. BUT NOW because it gets dark so early my normal evening walks on the beach are effected. I love my beach walks.. my down time and relaxation time. Its just what the Dr ordered, but with out it I am not moving enough. I can tell that its affecting me. My daily steps are way down too and I don't like that. So I am having to come up with new ways to move. Yesterday I came home made my lunch and went to the park and walked about 3/4 of a mile before I had to leave the ate at work. It was great but what about those days when its raining? share with me your great ideas on how to move when your job is a desk job!

    The time change has effected me. My internal body clock used to get me up at 4:30 am to get my exercises in, now I'm automatically getting up at 3:30 am. It will take me to re-adjust my body.
