Starting to cut down a little on bloat. I've been doing better with nutrition and back to trying to get work done in the bedroom. November's been going a little better for me but I'm still not sure if I'm losing weight this month or not.

sitting at a 25 pound loss pretty solidly. It's made quite a big difference for me in a lot of ways so hoping a 50 pound loss will really make a difference.

body water the same. no real progress here to speak of.

lost a little bit of body fat. probably because of the reduced calories.

again, muscle mass still the same. seems like I mostly maintained.

so things are mostly the same. lost a bit of weight and body fat but not much change. going to just keep moving forward and work on taking off the last of this bloat.
