I've been really active lately despite still being sick. No formal exercise but yesterday Wyatt came over and spent the day at my house and one of the things we did was ride around on his four wheeler and he had me sit on the front end of it because we were hauling stuff and we did a lot of lifting and shoveling and man work which I complained about cos I'm essentially a girly girl but he made me do it anyway and we did make 10 dollars. The work I did showed on the scale a little but we also drank a ton of alcohol yesterday and I also drank a bunch of milk last night before I went to bed cos I felt sick afterwards and too drunk but also threw up so stats are a little all over the place.

almost back to 25 pounds. in general I hang out at a 25 pound loss so that's really where I'm at right now and so my focus is on losing the next 25 pounds now. I'm not actually completely sure what my ultimate goal weight is but I at least want to get back to 160.

gained body fat too but I think that's cos I drank a lot of full fat milk last night. we also got free pizza yesterday so that could've been part of it, too. I did give a quarter of my pizza to Wyatt though in an attempt to save calories.

lost some muscle which I was actually surprised about. I thought I would've gained some muscle as active as I've been lately, especially because we were lifting heavy fencing yesterday. And I only lost a pound so didn't think I'd lose an entire pound of muscle. I even lost 0.4 lb of bone mass which was really surprising considering how much milk I've been drinking lately.

so did realize why my stats are so bad. went and looked at my food tracker and have actually eaten really badly all week and also found out that there's an entire day's worth of calories in two four lokos. Oh well, won't stop me from drinking them. in my defense it's been a really long time since I've had any alcohol and a four loko especially as well as I haven't had two of them at once in a super long time. almost drank three of them yesterday but I think that probably would've been disastrous. So I was basically offsetting the effects of all the crappy eating with all the exercise I've been getting. But then I also think I've been hungrier since I've been up and about so much. I've also been in a super amount of pain since all the activity is really hard on my body as well. I'll just have to move forward and hopefully do better this week.
