Why Domesticated Animals Have Floppy Ears www.ba-bamail.com/video. aspx?emailid=33553
There's been Russian research on comparing the DNA of foxes bred for friendliness & those bred for aggression. Surprise - the friendly fox appearance changed over generations. Some similarities to changes as dogs decendant from wolves.
Do you think our cats pointy ears show they aren't as domesticated as dogs???
Smokey & Fuzzy are such loving goofs, but still play hunt each other
OK, hanging my head here - very, very very infrequently, while walking the pups along the city streets, one of them will do a squat & poop while crossing the street. (Literally, they can poop on the move - weird). Most of the time, I use the poop bags & get it up. Sometimes, though, it’s not safe to stay in the intersection... I wave apologetically @ the drivers and get off the street. I don’t like playing dodge car. If the traffic clears, & it’s not smooshed into the road, I’ll try to get it up. Squished into the asphalt, walk on! 36 days ago
That little white fluff is adorable! Interesting video on domestication syndrome. Perhaps, but like you said, your firkins don't have it and neither do many wonderful dogs-like the German Shepherd! Yeah...maybe... 37 days ago
