I've spent the weekend cleaning and organizing mine and Fritzy's new bedroom and it's starting to look really nice. So I've been burning a lot of calories and getting a lot of exercise. My weight is up but all my other stats are looking good as I've been quite active!

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 271.4
Current Weight: 273
Weight Lost This Week: +1.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -23.6 lbs
not too worried about the weight gain right now. I'm staying active and getting back into exercise so I should start doing better as time goes by.

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.6%
Current Body Water %: 37.8%
Body Water Gained: +0.2%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.7%
gained a bit of body water. feel like this is because I was so active today and drank so much water.

Starting Body Fat: 48.1%
Last Body Fat %: 47.4%
Current Body Fat %: 47.1%
Body Fat Lost: -0.3%
Total Body Fat Lost: -1%
lost a lot of body fat. I'm positive this is a result of all the exercise I got today, just simply how active I was.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 135
Current Muscle Mass: 136,2
Muscle Mass Gained: +1.2 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -6.4 lbs
gained a lot of muscle. I know this is from how much exercise I was doing lately too.

so really I'm doing pretty good. all my stats were good except for gaining a couple pounds of bloat. Just have to work on that and I'll be doing great.
